The TKO Boxing Gym, was founded by World class boxing coach Johnny Eames in 2006, which in 2017 relocated from Canning Town just a few miles East to the heart of Barking/Dagenham on the East London/Essex borders.
We are happy to inform you that now we are back to kickstart your Boxing classes.
The schedules are:
Every monday, wednesday and friday we are running amateur boxing classes for :
8-11 years : 04:30pm to 05:30pm
12-16 years : 05:30pm to 06:30pm
17-onwards : 06:30pm to 08:00pm
* The boxing club is open from:
Mon-Sat : 06:00am to 08:00pm
Sun : 10:00am to 02:00pm
* Every Access for under16 we charge only £3(membership holders), £5(others), Annual membership costs £30.
* Every Access for over16 we charge only £5(membership holders), £7.50(others), Annual membership costs £50.
* If you are interested you are welcome to join TKO classes.
