We also provide Green Deal coaching for companies to allow them to attain international standards of environmental and energy management.
As we are experts in building assessment, we can provided over 10,000 energy performance certificates (EPCs) to premises of all size, assess their energy efficiency and therefore make recommendations for improvement to their systems
Any building offered for sale, let or lease requite an energy performance certificates. Please note they expire after ten years. Also any mandatory assessments of air conditioning, carried out under our brand will expire after five years.
